Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 22 March 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to state the material date of filing of petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the questioned decision of the Court of Appeals, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
