Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 24 March 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for lack of verified statement of the dates of receipt of the assailed resolution of the Regional Trial Court and of filing of the motion for reconsideration of said resolution, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
