G.R. No. 137617 (Innodata Employees Association [IDEA], Joemarie Deles vs. Innodata Phils., Inc., et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 19 April 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for lack of showing that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in the questioned judgment to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid resolution and no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
