Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 19 April 1999 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for being insufficient in form due to lack of proper verification and for lack of clearly legible duplicate original or certified true copy of the questioned decision of the National Labor Relations Commission, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
