Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 26 April 1999 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for lack of a properly accomplished affidavit of service of the petition on respondents and a verified statement of the material date of filing of the motion for reconsideration of the assailed resolution of the National Labor Relations Commission, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
