G.R. No. 137818 (Josephine Fulgencio vs. Esperanza Baguino, et al.)

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the petition, the issues raised being essentially factual and there being no sufficient showing that the findings of the Court of Appeals are not supported by the requisite quantum of evidence or that said court had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case.
