Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 17 May 1999 which dismissed the petition for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus for late filing and payment of the prescribed legal fees as well as for lack of a clearly legible duplicate original or certified true copy of the questioned resolution of the Court of Appeals dated 30 September 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
