Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 14, 1999.

G.R. No. 138071 (Donardo Sabater Danato vs. Ursula Abon Cascasio.)

The motion of petitioner for second extension of thirty (30) days from 21 May 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED, a prior warning of no further extension to file said petition having been given in the resolution of 17 May 1999.

Considering the manifestation of petitioner stating that he no longer intends to file aforesaid petition, the Court RESOLVES: (a) to inform the parties that no petition for review was filed in this case and that the judgment sought to be reviewed has become final and executory; and, (b) to DECLARE this case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
