Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 09 June 1999, which denied the petition for review on certiorari for petitioner's failure to timely pay the amount of P202.00 as sheriff's fee and clerk's commission, with reiteration of its prayer for the issuance of a temporary restraining order, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
