Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 28, 1999.

G.R. No. 138338 (Dominion Insurance Corporation vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari dated 17 June 1999, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition pursuant to the Court's resolution in A.M. No. 99-22-01-SC which mandates that in light of the decision in St. Martin Funeral Home vs. National Labor Relations Commission (G.R. No. 130866, September 16, 1998). All special civil actions arising out of any decision or final resolution or order of the National Labor Relations Commission filed with the Court after June 1, 1999 shall no longer be referred to the Court of Appeals but shall forthwith be dismissed.

Accordingly, petitioner's motion for second extension of three (3) days until 17 June 1999 within which to file petition for certiorari is DENIED.
