Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated JUL 21, 1999.

G.R. No. 138351 (Juanito Masculino vs. People of the Philippines.)

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the petition, there being no sufficient showing of any special and important reason to warrant the exercise by this Court of reason to warrant the exercise by this Court of its judicial discretion to grant the petition pursuant to Section 6, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, as petitioner, in fact, failed to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment.
