G.R. No. 139007 (Spouses Arturo Vendevil, et al. vs. Miguela Franco, et al.)

The motion of petitioners for extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioners' failure to serve copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals and submit an affidavit of service of copies thereof on respondents in accordance with Sections 4 and 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
