Acting on the administrative complaint against respondent Judge Lorenzo Veneracion, the Court RESOLVES, as recommended by Court Administrator Alfredo L. Benipayo in a Memorandum dated 20 May 1999, to DISMISS the administrative case for being sub judice in view of the pendency of G.R. No. 133613 involving the same issue.
