Acting on the administrative complaint against respondent and considering the letter of Edgardo Panopio informing the Court that his father, herein respondent, died on 20 February 1999, the Court RESOLVES, upon recommendation of Court Administrative Alfredo L. Benipayo in his Report dated 06 May 1999, to DISMISS the administrative complaint for being moot and academic.
