Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 8, 1999.
G.R. No. 115452 (International Container Terminal Services, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)
Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the decision dated December 21, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid decision and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
The copy of aforesaid decision dated December 21, 1998 addressed to Atty. Patricio B,. Tanpiengco, Jr., counsel for private respondent, at Rm. 3-E Carmel Suites, No. 15 Chronicle St., West Triangle, Quezon City, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Party Moved," is hereby deemed SERVED on Atty. Patricio B. Tanpiengco, Jr. by substituted service pursuant to Rule 13, Section 8 of the 197 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
