G.R. Nos. 121462-63 (People of the Philippines vs. Cipriano de Vera, Sr. @ "Ambos".)
The Court Resolved to GRANT the motion filed by Atty. Alexander Padilla of the Free Legal Assistance Group for accused-appellant, dated January 18, 1999, for a fourth extension of seventy (70) days from the expiration of the third extension or until March 31, 1999, within which to file reply brief, with WARNING that NO FURTHER EXTENSION will be given by the Court.Vitug and Panganiban, JJ., are on official leave.
