The Court Resolved to (a) ACCEPT this case and DIRECT: (1) Atty. Teresita G. Dimaisip, Acting Chief, Judicial Records Office, this Court, to SEND NOTICES to the parties to file their respective briefs and (2) the Director of the Bureau of Prisons to CONFIRM -the detention of the accused at the National Penitentiary.
