Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

G.R. No. 127130 (People of the Philippines vs. Ernesto Ebias y Magan.)

The motion filed by the Office of the Solicitor General [OSG] dated 5 February 1999, for a fourth extension of twenty (20) from the expiration of the third extension or until 27 February 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED. The attention of the OSG is hereby called to the fact that a total extension of eighty [80] days has already been given by the Court."
