Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

G.R. No. 129162 (People of the Philippines vs. Willy Figuracion, William Esplana, Evangeline Fabro and Araceli Fabro Figuracion.)

The motion filed by the Office of the Solicitor General [OSG] for plaintiff-appellee, dated February 16, 1999, for a seventh extension of fifteen (15) days from the expiration of the sixth extension or until March 3, 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED. The attention of the OSG is hereby called to the fact that a total extension of one hundred five (105) days has already been given by the Court.
