Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 129576 (Danilo Mendoza vs. Mamerto Bernardino, Jr. et al.).

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 19, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for petitioner's failure to file reply to the comment on the said petition within the period which expired on August 24, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought as, on the contrary, the petition failed to show any warrant the exercise by the Court of its discretionary jurisdiction in this case.
