Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 2, 1999.

G.R. No. 131805 (People of the Philippines vs. Gregorio Hermosa and Gabriel Abelinde.)

The motion filed by the Solicitor General for plaintiff-appellee, dated February 3, 1999, for an eighth extension of ten (10) days from the expiration of the seventh extension or until February 13, 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED. The attention of the Solicitor General is hereby called to the fact that a total extension of One Hundred Sixty (160) days has already been given by the Court. Vitug and Panganiban, JJ., are on official leave.
