G.R. No. 131814 (People of the Philippines vs. Rodolfo Arizapa.)

The motion filed by the Solicitor General for plaintiff-appellee, dated February 8, 1999, for a sixth extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the fifth extension or until March 10, 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED, but definitely the last extension to be given by the Court. Vitug and Panganiban, JJ., are on official leave.
