The motion filed by Atty. Rogel F. Quijano of the Public Attorney's Office for accused-appellant, dated 9 February 1999, for a second extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the first extension or until 16 March 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED with WARNING that NO FURTHER EXTENSION will be given by the Court."
