Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

G.R. No. 132136 (People of the Philippines vs. Rolando Baybado.)

The motion filed by the Office of the Solicitor General [OSG] for plaintiff-appellee, dated 15 February 1999, for a fifth extension of twenty (20) days from the expiration of the fourth extension or until 8 March 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED. The attention of the Office of the Solicitor General [OSG] is hereby called to the fact that a total extension of one hundred ten (110) days has already been given by the Court."
