Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 1, 1999.
G.R. No. 132294 (Delfin Voluntad, et al. vs. Oscar Barrientos, et al.)
Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari as well as the comment thereon of respondent spouses Eugenio and Vicenta Reyes, reply thereto of petitioners and rejoinder of aforenamed respondents to said reply, and considering further petitioners' manifestation and motion dated February 15, 1999 stating that they are unable to locate the present whereabouts of respondents spouses Magtanggol and Corazon Dizon in response to the Court's resolution dated November 18, 1998 which required them to submit the correct and present address of said respondents, the Court RESOLVES: (a) to GIVE DUE COURSE to the petition BUT ONLY INSOFAR AS respondents, spouses Eugenio and Vicenta Reyes are concerned and to require petitioners and aforenamed respondents to submit simultaneously their respective MEMORANDA within thirty (30) days from notice hereof and, (b) to DENY the petition for review on certiorari as against respondent spouses Magtanggol and Corazon Dizon for failure of petitioners to give the correct and present address of said respondents as required in the aforesaid resolution of November 18, 1998.
