Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 132708 (Farmar Marketing Corporation vs. Ombudsman, et al.).

It appearing that Atty. Arthur F. Tantuan of Gonzales, Batiller, Bilog and Associates, counsel for petitioner, has failed up to this late day to files petitioner's reply to the Solicitor General's comment on the petition for certiorari as required in the resolution of August 12, 1998 within the extended period which expired on October 17, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition for certiorari for non-compliance with aforesaid resolution of August 12, 1998.
