Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 134424 (Jose, Mercedes, Priscilla, Lolita, Teresa, Alejandrina and Veronica, all surnamed Kabaitan, et al vs. Bernardina, Cesar, Patricia, Romeo and Willita, all surnamed Racaga, et al.)

The second motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of January 13, 1999, which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 10, 1998 dismissing the petition for review on certiorari for non-compliance with the rules governing appeals by certiorari to this Court as provided in Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the aforesaid Rules.
