G.R. No. 135251 (Dr. Rhodora M. Ledesma vs. Drs. Juan F. Torres, Jr. and Orestes P. Monzon).

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 25, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for lack of a showing that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in its questioned judgment, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
