Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 135897 (Bataan International Garments, Inc. Workers Independent Union [BIGIWIU} vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of December 7, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit a written explanation for the non-personal in accordance with Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

Accordingly, petitioner's motion to admit the supplement to the petition in compliance with the aforestated Rule is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
