Quoted hereunder, for your information is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 136010 (Serafin S. Osabel vs. Court of Appeals, et al.).

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of December 2, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to remit the amount of P222.00 as balance of the deposit for costs and to submit a written explanation for its non-personal service and filing as required in Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as mended, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought, Petitioner's remittance of the amount of P222.00 under Postal Money Order No. 2377306 as balance of the deposit for costs is noted.
