The motion of petitioners for third extension of five (5) days from January 4, 1999 within which to file petition for certiorari is DENIED, petitioners' motion for first and second extension of time totaling thirty (30) days within which to file petition having been granted in the resolution of January 18, 1999 with warning that further extension will be given.
