Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 137183 (Spouses Rogelio Ceniza and Perla Ceniza vs. Benhur and Reynalda Rosales).

The motion of petitioners for an extension of thirty (30) days from February 3, 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED since the affidavit of service of copies of the motion on ineffectual having been subscribed and sworn to on February 3, 1998 or before actual service by registered mail on February 4, 1999, and said affidavit does not also contain a statement of the date of such service in accordance with Section 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
