The copy of the letter of petitioner Saturnino Pascua dated January 25, 1999 calling the attention of Dr. Remedios K. Taguba, Regional Director, Region I, Department of Education, Culture and Sports, San Fernando City, relative to his approved money claim is EXPUNGED from the records of this case, the petition for review on certiorari having been long denied for lack of merit on June 2, 1982, entry of judgment made on August 2, 1982 and the records remanded on August 31, 1982.
