Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 2, 1999.

A.M. No. 9718-Ret (Re: Application for retirement benefits of Ms. Natividad T. Oledan.)

Acting on the letter request of Ms. Natividad T. Oledan, Court Stenographer III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Carigara, Leyte, for the change of effectivity date of her retirement from November 30, 1998 to June 23, 1999, the Court Resolved to: (1) GRANT the aforesaid request of Mrs. Natividad Oledan and (2) DIRECT the Fiscal Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator to RELEASE the withheld salaries and other allowances from December 1, 1998 and to re-include her name in the IBM payroll of Regional Trial Court employees unless there are other reasons/causes why it should continue to be withheld. Vitug, Panganiban, JJ., are on official leave.
