Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

A.M. No. 9735-Ret (Re: Application for Survivor's Benefits of Mrs. Wilhelmina Querubin Vda. de Bernabe, surviving spouse of the late Bernardo C. Bernabe.)

Acting on the Letter, dated 4 February 1999 of Ms. Virginia Querubin Vda, de Bernabe, former Sheriff IV, Regional Trial Court, Manila, vehemently interposing her objection and plea for a reconsideration of the resolution of 19 January 1999, and it appearing from the records that the late Bernardo Bernabe had filed a petition for annulment of marriage before the Regional Trial Court of Manila, docketed as Civil Case No. 94-6943, and a decision was rendered therein declaring the marriage between Bernardo Bernabe and Virginia Querubin Bernabe as null and void ab initio and dissolving their conjugal partnership of gains, if any, the Court Resolved to DENY the present motion for reconsideration filed by Ms. Virginia Querubin vda. de Bernabe.
