Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

A.M. No. 99-02-13-SC (Re: Proposed Memorandum of Agreement between the Supreme Court and the PEZA assistance to the latter in the development and deployment of four computerized systems.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter, dated 11 February 1999 of Petrita C. Arguelles, Assistant Chief of Office and Officer-in-Charge, MIS Office, addressed to Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr., and APPROVE the proposed Memorandum of Agreement between the Supreme Court and the PEZA re: assistance to the latter in the development and deployment of four computerized systems.Vitug, Panganiban, JJ., on official leave.
