Considering the administrative complaint against respondent Jaime N. Salazar, Jr. and the comment thereon of respondent, the Court RESOLVES, as recommended by the Court Administrator Alfredo L. Banipayo in his Memorandum Report dated February 15, 1999, to DISMISS the administrative complaint for being premature and for lack of merit.
