Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

Resignation List No. CA-06-99 (Re: Resignation of Ferdinand B. Labog, Utility Worker 1-CT, Court of Appeals, as recommended by Acting Presiding Justice Jesus M. Elbinias.)

The Court Resolved to APPROVE, pursuant to the resolution of April 9, 1987, the resignation of Ferdinand B. Labog, Utility Worker 1-CT, Court of Appeals, as recommended by Acting Presiding Justice Jesus M. Elbinias in Resignation List No. CA-06-99.

The Court further Resolved to REMIND the Clerk of Court, Court of Appeals, of Administrative Circular No. 11-96 re: Surrender of IDs upon separation from the service of employees.
