Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAY 18 1999.

A.M. No. 99-5-09-SC (Re: Travel Abroad of Associate Justice Ma. Alicia Austria-Martinez of the Court of Appeals.)

Acting on the letter, dated 14 May 1999, of Associate Justice Alicia Austria-Martinez of the Court of Appeals requesting permission to travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A. from 14 to 18 June 1999 to attend on official business the 'Harvard Law School's 31st Program of Instruction for Lawyers,' the Court Resolved to APPROVE the request for travel abroad of Associate Justice Austria-Martinez, on official business chargeable against the Court of Appeal's funds. Purisima and Buena, JJ., are on leave.
