SPS. ANTONIO & BELEN M. HERNANDEZ vs. TERESITA MARTIZANO, et al.
THIRD DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution, of this court dated OCT 11, 1999.
UDK-12812 (Spouses Antonio and Belen M. Hernandez vs. Teresita Martizano, et al.)
Before us is a petition for review under Rule 45 filed by one of the defendants-appellees in a case before the Court of Appeals docketed thereat as CA - G.R. No. CV No. 46846. It is noteworthy that the petition was filed and signed by the said defendant-appellee herself, Cielo M. Rivera, without the benefit of counsel. Expectedly, the petition is replete with technical violations in that it lacks: a) sworn certification on non-forum shopping, b) proper verification, c) affidavit of service, d) docket and other lawful fees and deposit for costs, and e) statement of material dates. The petition also fails state concisely the matters involved and the reasons and arguments relied upon for the allowance of the petition.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) JULIETA Y. CARREON
