A.M. No. 00-2-01-SC( Re: Resolution Amending Rule 141 on Legal Fees.)

The Court Resolved to APPROVE the proposed administrative circular providing guidelines for legal fees under Rule 141, as amended, submitted by Court Administrator Alfredo L. Benipayo, but to INCORPORATE therein the suggestions of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office, Supreme Court. Vitug, J., on official business.
