[G.R. No. 115180. June 14, 2000]
FILIPINO PIPE & FOUNDRY CORP. vs. NLRC, et al.
THIRD DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 14 2000.
G.R. No. 115180 (Filipino Pipe and Foundry Corporation vs. National Labor Relations Commission, National Labor Union-TUCP, and Eulogio Lerum.)
At bar is petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision of this Court, dated November 16, 1999, which dismissed the petition for lack of merit.
Evidently, the motion poses nothing new. The points raised and arguments advanced by movant merely reiterate the thrust of the petition which the Court found barren of merit. After giving the Decision sought to be reconsidered a second hard look, the Court discerns no sustainable basis for reconsidering the same.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration under consideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) JULIETA Y. CARREON
