CARLOMAGNO A. CRUCILLO, et al. vs. THE INTERMEDIATE APPELLATE COURT, et al.
THIRD DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 14 2000.
G.R. No. 65416 (Carlomagno A. Crucillo, Adelaida C. Perena, Lucia Rozul, Primitiva Mendoza Sumagui, Yolanda Rozul, Pablita Rozul, Petrita Rozul, Rosalina Rozul, Maximino Crucillo, Nicasio Sarmiento, Marcial Sarmiento, Cipriano Sarmiento, Conrado Crucillo, Lourdes Crucillo, Miguel Crucillo, Felicidad Crucillo, and Miguela Crucillo, vs. The Intermediate Appellate Court, Lucio Perena, Rafael C. Crucillo, Miguel R. Perlado, Felix Noceda, Benita Gatpandan Noceda, and the Provincial Assessor of Cavite.)
For Resolution is petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision promulgated in thus case on October 26, 1999, holding as established fact the partition orally entered into by the petitioners and private respondent Rafael Crucillo, and upholding the conveyance of subject parcel of land to the private respondents, spouses Felix Noceda and Benita Gatpandan-Noceda.
Evidently, the motion poses nothing new. The points raised and arguments advanced by movants merely reiterate the thrust of their petition which this Court found barren of merit, and after giving the Decision sought to be reconsidered a second hard look, no sustainable basis for reconsidering the same can be discerned.
WHEREFORE, petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) JULIETA Y. CARREON
