G.R. No. 135912 (Odin Security Agency, Inc., represented by its President/General Manager, Col. Arturo C. Ferrer (Ret.), vs. Sandiganbayan (Second Division), Special Prosecution Officer, Rodrigo V. Coquia, Aniceto M. Sobrepena, Manuel Gaite, Dalisay Nazareno, Guillerma Reyes and Demetrio Ignacio.)

The Motion Seeking Permission to Travel Abroad dated October 9, 2000 of respondent Manuel B. Gaite to go to Cincinnati, Ohio, from October 21, 2000 to November 5, 2000, to attend a Waste Conference under the United States-Asia Environmental partnership Exchange Program and to observe waste management facilities thereat, is GRANTED, under the condition that respondent-movant will notify the Court immediately upon his return.
