Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 27 2000.

G.R. No. 123214 (Liberty Insurance Corporation vs. Court of Appeals, Hon. Francisco Donato Villanueva, Metrophil Insurance Factor, Inc. (or First Greenview Insurance Factor Corporation), Zenaida M. Mackay, Joseph M. Mackay and Beatriz E. Mackay.)

On February 14, 1996, the Court issued a resolution requiring the respondents to comment on the petition which was filed on January 17, 1996.

Since the copy of the February 14, 1996 resolution sent to private respondent Metrophil Insurance Factor, Inc., was returned unserved because said respondent is no longer holding office at the given address, the Court issued a resolution, dated October 14, 1996, requiring the petitioner to inform the Court, within ten (10) days from notice, the correct address of private respondent Metrophil.

After several motions for extension filed by the petitioner, the Court issued on August 20, 1997, a resolution reiterating the resolution of October 14, 1996, requiring petitioner to furnish the Court with the correct address of respondent Metrophil within ten (10) days from notice, otherwise, the Court will be constrained to dismiss the petition.

Up to this late date, the correct address of Metrophil has not been submitted by the petitioner to this Court.

WHEREFORE, for failure to comply with the resolutions of this Court, the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED.
