Considering accused-appellant's motion to withdraw appeal and the Solicitor General's comment thereon stating that he interposes no objection to said motion to withdraw since the legal effect of the said withdrawal was adequately explained to appellant by the Director of the Bureau of Corrections and the voluntariness thereof was attested and certified to by the Acting Chief of said Bureau, the Court RESOLVES to GRANT accused-appellant's motion to withdraw appeal and to CONSIDER the case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
