Acting on petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 13 December 2000 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for lack of showing that the Court of Appeals committed grave abuse of discretion in its questioned decision, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
