Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 11 2003 .

G.R. No. 131392 (City Government of Makati City vs. The Civil Service Commission and Eusebia R. Galzote.)

It appearing from the "Manifestation" of petitioner dated 17 January 2003 filed in compliance with the Resolution of 17 December 2002 that it is no longer interested in pursuing its Motion for Reconsideration dated 7 March 2002 and that the motion be now considered withdrawn in view of the payment of respondent's salaries and benefits for the period October 1994 and March 2002, the Court Resolves to consider the motion for reconsideration filed by petitioner WITHDRAWN, and the judgment in the instant case declared FINAL and EXECUTORY.
