Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12 2004.

G.R. No. 159156 (Ramon P. Aron and/or represented By Engr. Aldersen I. Ilaban vs. Francisco Realon, Domingo Realon and Felipe Realon, representing the Heirs of Marciano Realon and Roman Realon, Emiliano R. Purification, representing the Heirs of Alfredo Realon and Roman Realon.)

In a "Manifestation of Compliance" dated February 20, 2004, with the Resolution dated January 19, 2004 requiting respondents to manifest their lead counsel, respondents Francisco Realon, Felipe Realon, Domingo Realon and Emiliano R. Purificacion informed the Court that the services of Atty. Hildelberto T, Espejo had been terminated and that Atty. Ricardo L. Moldez is their only counsel.

However, respondent Emiliano R. Purificacion, also in Compliance with Resolution dated January 19, 2004, manifested on February 26, 2004 that Atty. Hildelberto T. Espejo is his only and lead counsel.

In view thereof, respondents Realon are hereby DIRECTED to comment on Emiliano R. Purificacion's Manifestation dated February 26, 2004 within 10 days from notice hereof.
