Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated DEC 15 2004.

UDK 13388 (Sps . Dionisio G. Delgado and Aurora Sumayod-Delgado vs. Rural Bank of Burauen, Leyte, Represented by Jerome V. Dagatan, as Gen. Manager, et al.)

The Court received a letter dated July 5, 2004, sent by Chona S. Apostol-Octa, Clerk of Court VI of the Regional Trial Court of Burauen, Leyte, transmitting therewith the complete records of the above-captioned case. However, considering that no appeal or petition has been filed with this Court by any of the parties in said case, let said records be forthwith REMANDED to the court of origin.
